I leave out the chocolate chips and instead of cashews I use a mix of sunflower+flax+sesame seeds and almonds. I'm sure cashews would make the texture closer to what it is supposed to be, but we don't know what we're missing so we don't mind (they are INSANELY expensive/hard to find in Slovakia).
